Arla offers quarterly training sessions on how to create new content and edit existing content on the arla.com website. Read on for information about dates and how to sign up for sessions.

Part 1: Online training session (60 minutes)

Part 2: Online Q&A session (30 minutes)

At the end of the training, you will be able to create and edit pages on arla.com and leverage the platform for campaigns and concepts.

Part 1

Online Training Session

The first part of the training is an online training session facilitated by Knowit. If you want to sign up for the training session, please reach out to Anne Fink on anne.fink@knowit.dk and she will make sure to sign you up.

In this session, you will get a deep dive into how the arla.com website works and how you should use it as an editor/marketeer.

Part 2

Q&A Session

After the first session, you will be provided with access to the systems. We recommend that you work with the platform for a couple of days prior to joining the Q&A session, making notes of any questions you may have.

The Q&A session takes 30 minutes, and in this session, we will answer your questions about the platform.

Getting Started

To sign up for a training session, please contact Anne Fink (anne.fink@knowit.dk).

The quarterly training sessions hosted by Knowit are free of charge. If you require training outside the planned dates, there will be additional costs involved.

Editor support after the sessions is also not included. Please contact Knowit for more information.

Private sessions

Are you thinking: "What If I need training at an earlier time or what if I need to get taught how to use other solutions such as Lurpak and Castello or the recipe database?"

In that case, you can reach out to anne.fink@knowit.dk to schedule a private session tailored to your requirements.

Note that for private sessions, local funding is required.
